DESIGN AND FURNITURE PLACEMENT NOTE: At Fieldstone, most bedrooms that have side facing windows have been thoughtfully designed with “high-on-the-wall” transom style windows to afford you plenty of privacy while simultaneously providing a cascade of natural light into the bedroom area. This unique design concept greatly enhances your furniture placement and interior design options as well!

COMMUNITY SWIM CLUB NOTE: A professionally designed and landscaped “Community Swim Club and Recreation Center” with pool, one or two combination Tennis / Basketball court(s), a large sun lounge deck, designer landscaping, lighting and fencing and more is planned.

The construction of the Community Swim Club and/or any related amenities or recreational facilities is dependent upon the rate of sales and is entirely in the discretion of the Developer. If the decision is made to go ahead and build the community swim club (and/or the related recreation amenities, it is currently estimated that such construction may likely commence no later than such time as Phase 2 is sold out. The time frame shown is thought to be a realistic estimate as of this date, but remains in the absolute discretion of the Developer.

Additionally, you may upgrade to an impressive number of other superior quality grades, types and colors of flooring to meet your personal design specifications. All flooring selections must be made from the builder’s available flooring pallet. NO third party installations of any kind are permitted prior to closing.
